Another WordPress Update

Seems like I only update this site when WordPress tells me to. But hey, at least you know I’m still alive. I have a number of posts I’ve been planning to write, but I guess that’ll have to wait until I recover from this annoying cold that just doesn’t want to go away.

Meanwhile, what a bombshell.

WordPress 2.3.1

Oh boy, I’ve almost forgotten about this site.

But now that I’ve been reminded about it, I’ve upgraded the WordPress installation that runs this site to version 2.3.1. And I guess it wouldn’t hurt for me to, you know, actually start blogging.

So yeah, time to let the rambling commence!

This is (Not) Friends-Only

Why, hello there, and thanks for dropping by.

This is friendsonly.org, a personal blog/portfolio site that has been in the works for some time. Contrary to its name, this blog is not intended to be “friends-only”. I had bought this domain some time ago for the purpose of putting in-development sites online for various clients to access and evaluate. Since most of my clients at that time were friends or people I knew personally, the name friendsonly.org seemed only natural.

Now, however, I’ve decided to—heaven forbid—create a semi-professional blog for myself. And where else to put this new blog but the domain where most of my latest web development work is located anyway? If you’re interested to know more about how this site was built, visit the About page for all the ugly details.

In the meantime, note that this site is still being constructed and debugged, so various links and stuff may not be functioning yet. Patience, my padawan. All will be well in due time.

For now, let’s just sit back and see where this takes us, shall we?
